1. Service Agreement
By booking any RO water purifier service with DS Aqua, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our certified technicians will visit your provided address during the selected time slot.
2. Manual UPI Payments & Verification
All online payments through our web portal are processed via manual UPI. The customer must submit a valid 12-digit UTR/Reference number along with a genuine payment receipt screenshot. Bookings are confirmed only after administrative verification.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time slot via the Order Details page or customer support.
4. Warranty on Spare Parts
Consumables like sediment filters, carbon blocks, and membranes carry manufacturer-specific warranties as noted on the job invoice upon completion of service.
